This greater Deevil is powerful, cunning, and deadly. They are sadistic, love to torture and cause sorrow, and are PPE vampires.

CrIsis fights an Arch-Fiend named Ratel, who was trying to use the Glaive to recall an Old One. Ratel becomes a recurring enemy after the first encounter.
