This goblet, when filled with water, gives the drinker 1 of 2 powers once/day. It either grants a + 3 to save vs poison or the ability to speak any underground language (dwarven, gobbley) at 98% for 1D10 minutes- drinkers choice, but they must concentrate on the power while drinking.
