This ring desires to help those that have achieved magical power reach new heights! The personality is feminine in nature, though often very quiet, preferring to effect emotions to help its bearer.

✠ I.Q.:	Unknown	Can speak telepathically with its wielder or potential wielders.
✠ ALIGNMENT:	Anarchist; wearable by any alignment – SEE CURSE.	The personality is feminine in nature, though often very quiet, preferring to effect emotions to help its bearer. It does speak, though rarely and its voice reminds one of a sultry lounge singer, seductive tones inviting its owners to seek power out.
✠ APPEARANCE:	Qualified bearers – SEE CURSE	A golden ring with runes inscribed upon the round face.
✠ APPEARANCE:	Un-qualified bearers – SEE CURSE	To those trying to wear the ring that do not fit these criteria it will appear to be just a gold ring with some worn engravings upon it.
✠ SAVING THROWS MOD.:	+ 1 bonus	This applies to ALL saving throws when in physical contact with the wielder.
✠ DAMAGE:	4D6	Only applies to strikes (any form) of the hand wearing the ring (currently left hand).

KNOWN POWERS

✠ Magnified Range:	Doubles range of any spell 3 times/day.
✠ Targeted Nullification:	Acts as Negate Magic (single action) Cost: 20 P.P.E. per use; energy must come from PPE stored or the wielder. Useable once per day.
✠ Talisman Mana Storage:	Will store 15 P.P.E. per level of the wielder. At Xerx’ses level that is: 300 PPE. Total: 300 P.P.E. / Current: 300 P.P.E.

✠ Devoted Magi:	Can only be worn by a wizard of 8th level or higher- any alignment. The Wizard may never multi-class, period. To those trying to wear the ring that do not fit these criteria it will appear to be just a gold ring with some worn engravings upon it.
