Part of the Royal Groff family, which has ruled the Commonwealth for over 250 years, Mikala is an elf.

A good PM, Mikala has made steps to try and create a more just Commonwealth. He has outlawed the practice of keeping Tezcat and Pygmy slaves, and made laws to protect the other slaves. He is against war with the Orcish Empire. He is a devout follower of Kym-nark-mar.

He also is the main owner of the Gold Coast Trading Company.
