MILLENNIUM OF PURIFICATION

After the Elf-Dwarf-War the two enemies agreed to purge all of the most dangerous magics that had destroyed Palladium and so many of their kinds. Rune magic, rune weapons, life force magic, and many others were destroyed, thrown into volcanoes or simply erased from being. Unfortunately, many good works were also destroyed in the zealotry of the age. The greatest library ever known, the Prime Incunabula, was destroyed. For more on this see Hoedric’s Letter.
