PHI

The mysterious island kingdom of Phi has the largest concentration of Elves on Palladium. Adding to its mystery it is always shrouded in fog. Phi is an island kingdom which is part of the Charter of Dominion, and therefore a member of the Eastern Territory. Also part of the kingdom is the city of Renvin, on the southern coast of the Northern Wilderness.
