Friendly Neighboorhood Halfling Ghost

The Man with No Name came across Tobi in his journeys, and like any halfling this little spirit badgered the man until he gave in and allowed Tobi to follow him. Together they have a bond of strong childhood friends, even if they are from different worlds now.
